Emergency Food Bank Form – Moreton Bay, Caboolture, Gympie and Fraser Coast campuses

After completion, please follow the following directions:

Moreton Bay – head straight to the Student Lounge (next to Safe UniSC) during opening hours (Mon–Fri, 9-3pm) to collect.

Caboolture, Gympie, Fraser Coast – collection is subject to confirmation, so please wait for an email with collection details before coming in.

The Food Bank can be accessed twice a trimester, with exceptions for special circumstances. Should you find yourself in need of further assistance please reach out.
