How to affiliate your club
1. Have an idea
Check to see if there are any affiliated or non-affiliated clubs already registered.
2. Find your members
You need at least 10 people to attend your Annual General Meeting (5 people if you are at a campus outside of the Sunshine Coast).
3. Name your club
Choose a catchy and unique name that people will remember.
4. Hold your inaugural
general meeting
Meet with your members and complete steps 5 and 6.
5. Write your constitution
Use this template to write your club’s rules – then follow them!
6. Elect your executive committee
Elect your President, Secretary and Treasurer.
7. Register your interest
Register your interest to affiliate with the guild by filling out the affiliation document.
